Seriously kids, folks aren't kidding around when they tell you to put on sunscreen...
Dude drove a truck for years sans sunscreen, guess which side of the road they drive on where he's from. The New England Journal of Medicine breaks it all down in a more serious and studious manner if you're interested, but the take away is pretty clear.
